Aquamarine Springs ("AMS") was founded in 2008 by Iridium Consulting as part of an institutional investment fund's advisory, consulting, and operational engagement.
AMS significantly stabilized and enhanced the client company revenue, earnings and business enterprise.
The Aquamarine Springs team has successfully processed the difficult and complex federal and state licenses for producing and manufacturing controlled substances.
Aquamarine Springs holds controlled substances manufacturing licenses with the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and the state Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) for:
- Distillery
- Brewery
- Winery (including cider and mead)
- Wholesale Import and Export
The team has collaborated with the TTB and MLCC on thousands of product formulation processes and label approval processes (COLA), and has developed a library of formulations and media.
Additionally, AMS has processed licenses through numerous agencies, including the Treasury Department, FDA, MDAR, ATF, and FBI.
Aquamarine Springs has also developed numerous critical internal proprietary compliance oversight tools, which are essential for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in their operations, and managing complex state and federal tax calculations and operational reporting.
