Joel Flowers is widely recognized for his expertise in revitalizing distressed assets and businesses. He utilizes his leadership skills and team development experience, alongside extensive knowledge in valuation, operations, management, finance, marketing, and advisory services, to support corporate clients, institutional investors, banks, investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms.

With 25 years of serving in high-level positions, including CEO, and COO, Mr. Flowers has amassed leadership experience across various business, finance, and real estate sectors. His background includes business strategy, team development/leadership, EBITDA enhancement, NOI/Asset transformation, financial/operational management, marketing/branding, risk probability/potential management, competitive set, and market penetration. He has also served as an expert witness in engagements, including multi-billion-dollar class action lawsuits, and federal and state court matters, including court-appointed receiver roles.

For over three decades, Joel has led several special-purpose companies on behalf of multi-billion-dollar Fortune 100 companies. His experience spans sectors such as mortgage, finance, hospitality, restaurant, manufacturing, quick service retail/restaurant, controlled substance manufacturing, class-C liquor retail and onsite consumption, automotive, fuel distribution, construction, education, business services, recreation/sports, gasoline stations/truck stops, transportation, and food and beverage. He has a strong background in equity and debt positions. He has developed and implemented several technology divisions/business strategies for companies, including a pioneering Geographic Information System for geospatial data analysis and visualization, uncovering one of the largest financial frauds; a national railroad transportation company leveraging global navigation satellite systems geolocation and time information technology; and Homepath portfolio technology.

His expertise covers significant investment-grade commercial and residential assets, financial instruments, distressed turnarounds, and diverse assets such as regional malls, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, hotels, resorts, manufacturing facilities, free-standing facilities, office buildings, apartment complexes, residential developments, golf courses, national retail chains, industrial facilities, and special purpose assets (world headquarters).

Mr. Flowers' leadership in transforming operations and marketing programs has significantly enhanced companies' revenues and profitability. Over the past 30 years, Joel has directed billions of dollars worth of valuation enhancement, operational leadership, business transactions, and advisory services. He holds a business degree from Northwood Business University.
