Joel Flowers is recognized for his ability to revitalize troubled assets and going concerns, calling upon his experience in business management, finance, marketing, and advisory services to corporate clients, institutional investors, banks, investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms. With service in several high-level positions (including CEO, COO Director, Board Member, Executive Committee, Financial Committee, Member, Executive Vice President, etc.) Mr. Flowers possesses both breadth and depth of experience in various business sectors, finance, and real estate. Mr. Flowers’ past experiences in financial and advisory services include market research and analysis, financial analysis, negotiations, acquisitions and divestitures, enhancement and revitalization of assets, and going concerns. Mr. Flowers has been called to serve as an expert witness for various engagements, including testimony involving a multi-billion-dollar class action lawsuit and testimony as an expert in federal bankruptcy matters. For over a decade, Joel served as CEO and COO of several special purpose companies on behalf of multi-billion-dollar fortune 100 companies. Joel’s entrepreneurial endeavors included founding the JRF Group of Companies in 1993 and Iridium Consulting in 2001. He remains an active investor and analyst in equity and debt positions in going concerns and real estate. Mr. Flowers has developed business strategies and led the implementation of those strategies for numerous companies, ranging in size from a national railroad transportation start-up to a multi-billion dollar holding conglomerate. Joel is known for his ability to quickly recognize real underlying asset value based on his experience in significant investment-grade assets, financial instruments, troubled/distressed turnarounds, and various forms of advisory services related to diverse assets such as regional malls, mixed-use developments, hotels, resorts, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, special purpose assets (world headquarters), national retail chains, etc. Mr. Flowers’ ability to lead change and reinvigorate operations and marketing programs has transformed companies’ revenues while enhancing net profitability. Over the last 30 years, Joel has directed billions of dollars worth of business transactions and advisory services. Joel holds his business degree from Northwood Business University.
